Can you pay the fee and change the date of your ticket?

I could however I have a conference for work on the 20th so I won't be able to change the date. I had him to go back to the embassy but he was told that he couldn't change the date.

My suggestion to those waiting and frustrated that CSC is light Years faster than TSC currently. Just stop worrying and reading the forums every day, do not look at the charts and try to figure anything out.

You will get approved, I promise, it just might take longer than some others if you are at TSC. Unfortunately it is just the way things are. I waited over 5 months along with many others for our NOA2. Us November filers waited while people from April were getting approvals.

Worrying and reading the forums is not going to help you. Wait until your 5 months is up and if you are still not approved by then, contact your 2 State Senators and put your own service request in. Everything will fall into place in time, I promise!

I know your tip is well-intentioned, you have a passive approach, especially since you have been waiting, and you're now approved. I know what it's like to wait, especially ten years ago when all of this was much slower and more difficult. Taking a passive approach to the discrepancy between CSC and TSC is precisely the reason that US immigration gets away with this sort of thing. I've been watching these processes for nearly ten years now, and while other service centers have been somewhat faster or slower in history, this is the largest discrepancy I've ever seen. There is funny business going on in that CSC is not just a little faster. They are A LOT faster in that they are processing petitions nearly five-times as fast as the TSC.

You know what? Sometimes I think maybe CSC are not taking their time to actually do background checks on either the petioner and/or the beneficiary. They are just approving everyone!!

hey guys we passed our interview. I just need to give them my UK Police record then visa will be issue, thats what the CO said.

And i have an advice for you guys, please believe in your case as you are the only one know how strong your case is.

I would say definitely start on it now!! There are a lot of support documents required and if there's an expiration on any of them it would be at least 6 months. You'll for sure have your interview by then! Also, don't underestimate the power of DHL...ours made it from NVC to Qatar in 2 days flat, so it could get there much faster than you expect!

Start now! My fiance got his appointment letter yesterday and his interview is on the 20th. I mailed the required documents yesterday express mail international 3-5 days and I'm praying it doesn't sit in customs for two weeks.

I saw on the AU page (I think) that Australia has changed there process and the documents can be brought to the interview instead of mailed... but you would want to confirm this. In my own case, I am probably going to have as much ready as I can so I can mail them over. Good Luck!
