Yeah, it's a big pain in the sphincter, #######, donkey, keester, and bottom. Some kind of BS is going on between the CSC and the TSC. I've never seen this much discrepancy in processing times between the two. Also, it seems all K1 petitions are now being sent to Texas? If that's true, then they are also having to sort the petitions that will remain in Texas from the ones that will be sent off to the land of fruits and nuts for super duper quick processing. It's a load of ####### how there is very little oversight in processing delays, and unfair out of line processing; meaning a K1 petition that arrives at a later date is processed before petitions that arrived well before.

All K-1 visa applications are sent to or routed to the Dallas lock box not to the Texas Service center.

I'm aware of this change, but not sure when it happened. Previously, petitioners would send directly to one of processing facilities according to their geographic location. These formerly included the TSC, CSC, and VSC for K1. Perhaps they created some sort of hub like FedEx and some schmuck has to sort through all the petitions and send them off to another place, and toss them in the TSC pile for later dust gathering and dropping on the floor.

Whatever is going on the CSC is processing petitions in 1-2 months now, compared to five and over for the TSC. No matter what the USCIS will deny it, but one look at Igor's List reveals this issue.

Yeah, I saw that also. Obviously fiona and antonio entered the NOA 2 date before it even happened and Igor's list didn't see it as an error.

This is what should bring the fire to the belly of everyone who has a petition being processed at TSC! It's not acceptable and it's not okay.

I'm not happy about the delay at all either but if you google the centers, there have been times the CSC has had the same issue. I don't understand how such a huge process can be so grossly mismanaged but there does seem to be an ebb and flow.

Surely they could think of a way to even things out, like not assigning by state and just dealing out the petitions like you deal a deck of cards... one for you, one for him, one for me.....

It's a government agency. Consider the post office, which today is becoming more and more obsolete due to efficiently run business in the private sector: FedEx, DHL, UPS for example. They get away with gross mis-management because the majority of people don't speak up about it and accept it as status quo thinking they are somehow lucky to get approved. These guys work for us and not the other way around.

Take a look at this link. It provides excellent details on what you and everyone else who has filed a petition at TSC can do:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/421608-a-guide-to-writing-your-elected-representatives-about-the-i-129f-slowdown-at-the-csc/

Keep in mind that when it was written the situation was flip-flopped with CSC being slower. So, just change the language to apply to the TSC. Don't let them get away with this for you and for others who may have filed before or will file after.

This sucksss!Having to wait...I"m going to be honest here...I have been patient from the beginning but now im not. Checking IGORS LIST and having to actually see that some late september filers are NOW getting approved and that they have waited more than the 4-5 months avg waiting period. I know that we are whining too much about it, and as i read here numerous times, it is unfair for March and February filers getting aproved so quickly! I, and i know that many of you, are feeling frustrated having to be far from our loved ones. I know my words dont mean much but hey!! Lets look at it on the brightside, we are far now ...many of us are on our 4th month...If we waited thing long, 2 more months couldnt hurt. Right? Actually it can, lmao...let just "TRY" to be patient. Btw, I am actually starting to hate the word.
