Visa was delivered to me yesterday. Waiting for my wedding dress to be finished then off to be with my fiance. :dancing: To everyone who's waiting, just hang in there. Soon we'll all be talking about our beautiful weddings. :)

I received my NOA1 on Dec 5th, and I just got my NOA2 this morning from TSC. It was approved on April 4th, but they didn't update the status update until now. A bunch of other petitions around my number have been getting approved this past week as well.

Talk about GREAT news to start a week and Monday with! :dancing:

01-08-2013 : We decided to be a couple and walk on the same life path!!!!

06-08-2013 : I traveled to the US to stay with my man for 3 months. We got engaged!!!!

Meanwhile :

July 2013 : My fiancé apply for his citizenship.

November 2013 : My fiancé become an American citizen.

OMG.... please God give me my NOA2... I almost teared up this morning when there was still no change on my status... I just want to be at the next step SO BADLY

Yes... as absolutely happy I am for everyone it is truly bittersweet and utterly painful. When you see (especially people who are receiving visas and on their way here) who filed in December or even later, it is really a hard blow to the stomach and it just knocks the wind out of me so to speak.

As a government employee, I see how disorganized they are and how the employees pick and choose what they want to do - it is irritating for me here at work and its even worse when I have to deal with Immigration and their 'pick and choose at random' mentality as well. I feel like I'm subject to this torture on a 24 hour basis because I deal with it here at work and again when I go home just praying every time my phone gets a notification its an update to our case and when its not or when I look online, its just a constant reminder of how I cannot stand the way our government operates in regards to so many services it offers its citizens (such as Immigration petitioning) or in local services such as housing, food and other subsidies. Hearing from all of us here and having the support is what I hear from people calling our offices all day to complain "so and so hasn't called them back in months" or "i'm still waiting for my case to be approved" and there's nothing we can do. Just sit here, and hope for the best.

Wallah I'm so happy for all of those who are in the NOA2 stage or after and I congratulate you on surviving this torture and making it out safely on the other end :)

Ya it's carzy how they can be on January 25th an still have so many December filers to do. I know how you feel I also are a December filer. May god bless us.

They're not actually on January 25th applications, that graph is solely based on the data VJ users put in their timelines. That graph is inaccurate because of recent expedited petitions, a couple of unusually quick approvals, and people putting TSC as their service center when they're really at CSC. When more filers from Nov/Dec get approved the date will start to fall backwards to a more accurate date.

K-1

I-129F NOA1 => NOA2: 161 days

NOA2 => Interview: 64 days

AP: 33 days

Total: 258 days

AOS

I-485 NOA => GC: 333 days

No Interview
