On this list it seems like they approve whatever their hand pick... :/ i guess they have soooo many files that their offices are a madness.

I'm waiting for noa2 but i also have on my mind that if we get it on June for example until my papers come to Greece will be end of July or begining of August. And Greeks get lazy on August! They go for vacation...we have a national celebration on august 15 that everything is closed and they get 20 days off from their jobs. The embassy wont set me an appointment soon... Only after august 25 that they ll come back from vacation time. :( my country sucks on those things ...

oh really? 20 days off its a long time!! Do u think the embassy will get all this time on vacation??

lets keep positive, maybe they pick ur case to approve by now..who knows!! Everything is possible

Biometrics appt: 10/6/14. We had 2 appts on dif days, but got both done at once and was in and out in 30min at the Nashville location.

EAD Notice: 11/25

EAD Received with wrong b-day 12/4 Contacted on Dec 13th to send it back and they will determine the next step about reissuing it.

EAD fixed by going to an infopass appt. The woman was able to fix it in the system and said don't waste the $ on a new EAD.

Potential Interview Waiver Received 3/2/15

So....every day i wonder...who will be the "LUCKY 1" or "1's" to get approved! My question is: I've read in a few posts that around 10:30 people get their approvals, is this right? And whom of you have received the approval text message?

Oddly enough I didn't receive an email or text message. I just so happened to check the USCIS website before going to bed.

I called customer service. I forgot to put my social security number on the form and put my DOB in the space for my father's. I spoke to a tier two officer.

My case was shipped to NVC yesterday. I checked the USCIS site a few minutes ago and received this message

"we shipped this approved or re-affirmed case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly".

i never receive the text message on the cellphone, even tho i got it from noa1,

i saw it on USCIS web site, and a few days later the letter on the mail :)
