I'm thinking my petition between NOA1 an NOA2 was denied, someone said there was only 33% of Decembers approved. That's why its taking so long. You would tho from December I would have got letter by now.

I think that it means that 33% were approved but that doesn't necessarily mean that the other 67% were denied...it means they're pending or awaiting a final decision. Track your case online, if it says "final decision" then you'll know. I filed on December 19, I received my NOA1 around December 23 and it's still in "initial review" status. I'm sure they're taking their time with me because I was previously married to a foreigner so they want to investigate that...but it was a completely different country and entirely different circumstances and it was also 5 years ago and we had a child together....(that k3 was never approved by the way! his fault...not for lack of love between us nor our ability to prove it - he was here illegally for 17 years before going back voluntarily and us applying to bring him back.) On top of that, Morocco is considered a high fraud country and thats where my fiancee is from so I guess we're both bringing our share of red flags :) I just try to keep my mind occupied with other things...it makes this excruciatingly painful process slightly more bearable.

12/19/13 - Received electronic notification for NOA1

04/09/14 - Mailed Certified letter to Senator 1 requesting update on case

05/19/14 - Still no response from Senator 1's office

05/19/14 - Faxed request for intervention to Senator 2

05/21/14 - Spoke with my case officer, asked me for additional info to be faxed to her.

05/22/14 - Petition approved (as per tier 2 officer on phone and mailed)

05/28/14 - Approval sent to DOS for processing (still no paper copy of NOA2)

Is ur fiancé the that was here 17 years illegally. Or the one you where married to

my ex husband was in the US for 17 years illegally, then he left voluntarily in 2007 (after we had married) because an immigration judge told him to leave so he wouldnt have a deportation order. We filed for his return in 2008 from Bogota but they said we had to wait 5 years and apply for a waiver. Needless to say we grew apart and I have since met my fiancee. I'm sure they dont like that our divorce was finalized in May 2013 and signed in February 2013 but the fact is I had to FLY TO COLOMBIA to get divorced and I needed to wait until I had vacation time at work and that took over 8 months...that it was planned way before I even met my husband. I planned to go there in 2011/early 2012 to get divorced but it was not easy.

i checked CEAC status today, from " in transit" it changed to "ready". does it mean that our case was received my USem? Will they notify me, if they received it. do I have to wait for the mail before paying the visa fee?

As long as you have your case number you can go ahead and pay.

01-08-2013 : We decided to be a couple and walk on the same life path!!!!

06-08-2013 : I traveled to the US to stay with my man for 3 months. We got engaged!!!!

Meanwhile :

July 2013 : My fiancé apply for his citizenship.

November 2013 : My fiancé become an American citizen.

Not at all, mine says I should have been approved between 24th January and 13th Feb... still waiting!

The timelines are screwed up because people keep saying they've filed to TSC and then recording it as transferred when they get their NOA1 from California. EVERYBODY has to send their I129Fs to Texas, this does not mean that that's the centre processing their case and does not mean it's been transferred (which is something completely different) when they get an NOA1 from California!

The vj timeline keeps changing. The first estimated date of my noa2 was Jan.26 then changed to Feb. 15. I got mine on Feb 5th
