Hello Everyone,

I got my NOA2 two weeks ago and never saw a change on the USCIS Website nor a letter that they were sending our case to the NVC. However, I called this morning and they gave me my case number and told me that it was received Feb. 7. Yeah!!!! So call and check!!

129F : Received December 19th 2013

NOA1: Received December 24th 2013

NOA1: Hardcopy December 30th 2013

NOA2: Approved Jan 27th 2014

NOA2: Hardcopy Received Jan 30th 2014

NVC: Received Feb. 7th 2014

In Transit to US Embassy in Dublin Feb. 11 2014

Received in Dublin: Feb. 18 2014

Packet 3 received: Feb 19 2014

Interview: March 10 2014

Visa Approved: March 14 2014

That's great news, congrats!! !

I sent them a email but they never answered..so I guess it's better to call.

So how do we call and actually speak to someone? Select the there is a problem option?? I called the 18003755283 number and went through the system to check the most recent status update but that didn't leave me any options to talk to someone unless I wanted to report a move or something. Ideas?

Biometrics appt: 10/6/14. We had 2 appts on dif days, but got both done at once and was in and out in 30min at the Nashville location.

EAD Notice: 11/25

EAD Received with wrong b-day 12/4 Contacted on Dec 13th to send it back and they will determine the next step about reissuing it.

EAD fixed by going to an infopass appt. The woman was able to fix it in the system and said don't waste the $ on a new EAD.

Potential Interview Waiver Received 3/2/15

Green Card in hand 7/29/15!!!

NOA1 = Dec 26

Still waiting for NOA2. I hear some people are receiving letters before the online system has been updated. Seems like a pointless system.

I, like many of you, hate this long wait.. which creates anxieties and doubts about the system.

(603) 334-0700 I got this number because I emailed them..and they sent me this to contact them. But they work only from 7 am until 12 am ( eastern time)

My petition was shipped to the consulate on February 7th!

My NOA2 date was 1/22.

I didn't get a notification that it was shipped to NVC, nor did NVC respond to my email inquiries. I'm glad I started collecting all the paperwork and did the I-134 :)

I hope everyone else's K1s go as fast as mine!

Really? They can forward it to local embassy without notifying you or show update on the web site? Wow.

I used (603) 334-0700. I called right when they opened and was on hold for 15 minutes. I went through the CSC

Of course as soon as I wrote this I finally got through! Found out our case was mailed to the consulate on Monday and got our case number! I'm so excited!

They notified me that it was shipped to the embassy, they just didn't notify me that it was shipped to or received by the NVC.

April 27, 2016: I-751 mailed

May 2: I-751 received

May ??? NOA1

May 12: Check cashed

May 31: Biometrics appointment scheduled

June 1: Biometrics appointment letter arrives!

June 2: Biometrics walk-in
