Fi will make enough but he just started a new job so his mom will co sponsor us. How about you? Did you receive your hardcopy yet?

I haven't recirved the hardcopy yet . As in my case his dad will be the co-sponcor . :) wish you all the best.

Hi everyone! I received my NOA 2 hard copy in the mail on Friday. I haven't called yet, but wanted to see how long you should wait before you start calling?

It would be really nice to be able to track the process so my fiance can time getting all the paperwork that he needs and stuff. We're trying to time this to where he can come to the States in August since he has to attend his sister's wedding. Yeah, the sister's wedding is kind of screwing us up here. lol

Oh well, we're just glad to get the first step out of the way and looking forward to getting the next step completed!

Have you checked the uscis site and see if they sent out your case to NVC already?

Hi Ean!

This is all it says on the USCIS website (see below). I don't believe you can track when they actually mail it out to the NVC. I believe that's why everyone tends to wait a bit and then calls the NVC to get their new number to track their case once it's at the NVC, but I could be wrong since this is all new to me. smile.png

Post Decision Activity

On February 3, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the NationalVisaCenter or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.
