Hi Ck207,

Below is the checklist that I prepare for my fiance to get an idea of what we need to do after his I-129F is approved. As you already received your noa2, you need to prepare and send those documents to your fiancee once completed, so she can review in advance and bring them with her at the interview.

1. Copy of the Entire I-129F Package

Letter from employer is not required. Paystubs tax returns and W-2s suffice. Although it is good for additional evidence. However some people do not want to share their personal life with their employer.

2. Original Letter of Intent (dated much closer to the interview)

3. I-134 (Affidavit of Support Form)

+ Form download at USCIS: http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-134.pdf

+ Sample at VJ: http://www.visajourney.com/examples/Form-I-134.pdf

4. Items Needed for the Above Form. Gather duplicate evidence of income and resources as appropriate:

4.1. Bank account information

Statement from an officer of the bank/financial institution with your deposits, identifying the following: 1. date account opened; 2. total amount deposited for the past year; 3. present balance

4.2. Letter from Employer

Statement(s) from your employer on business stationary showing: 1. Date and nature of employment; 2. salary paid; 3. whether position is temporary or permanent

4.3. Recent Pay Stubs & Tax Returns

Include copies of your last two pay stubs and your previous W-2 for the associated employer if available

5. Copy of the NOA2 (that you received in the mail)

6. Proof of Ongoing Relationship

Include photos, travel documents, emails, online chat logs, etc.. from between the time you filed and present (NOA1 until date-now).

(Section: What to send to your fiance(e) once the I-129F is approved (Receive NOA2): )

I hope this helps. Please correct me if I miss something everybody.
