Jon York, a lot of Philippine ones got expedited due to the natural disaster there. So, unfortunately any Philippine petitions are probably not a mark for the rest of us to hope on. I know we're all anxiously waiting, though!ClockWatch2.gif

I've seen lots of other couples getting their NOA2s fast aside from Philippines petitions. I've seen UK, switzerland, vietnam, germany etc.

The government site says we got approved and for the second notice and they are moving it to the next place. I haven't received it in the mail yet, but it only took 17 days it says. Maybe because she is from the Philippines it was fast! So excited.

Morning Everyone,

I am also December first week TSC filer. I haven't received any updates after the alien registration updated. I cheked couple of cases before and ahead of me and it looks like all the cases stopped at the alien registration number. Since we all filed in December we should wait for normal processing months. If nothing happen by that time then we can annoy the hell out of people at the processing centers :)

I wish everyone good luck and hope things go well for everyone including myself.

Thanks

So, I have a question for everybody. If you click on someone's VisaJourney timeline, it says at the bottom, something like this:

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between January 28, 2014 andFebruary 6, 2014*.

If this date range has passed or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition.

But, when you check with the USCIS times, it says 5 months for 129F's. But my VisaJourney timeline says I should get an NOA2 between February 5 - February 14.

So my question is - should I call them after the 14th if we haven't gotten yet? Or should I wait 5 months until May to call??

Confused!

In my honest opinion, I think it's very hard to "predict" when someone is going to get their NOA2 here. Only because you have to realize that not everyone in the United States that has applied for a K-1 visa is on this website so the estimate is only based upon users of this website only. So, I wouldn't take it literally. If I wouldn't have received my NOA2 already I would have waited the 5 months as it's stated on the USCIS website as the processing time.

Of course, that's just my opinion only. smile.png
