well i called today, and raymond's first question was if i was waiting for my second interview. I said no, I'm waiting for my first one!

he said he was going to file a report so that they can speed up the process on giving me an interview. That this would help get things done faster. My information was in the system but nothing of a mention of an interview. I guess he probably thought it should of been given by now. I hope. He said it can take from 4 to 6 weeks. if i do not hear from them within 6 weeks to call. obviously ill call before hand. I'm going to call later this week. Thursday.

Perfect. I would do the same. They told me the same thing on wait time. I bet u will call thursday expecting them to tell you the same and then they tell you you have the date. I remember when they told me i had to have him repeat it!

12/27/2013: Package received
12/31/2013: NOA1
01/03/2014: Alien registration # changed
01/09/2014: NOA1 Attorney hardcopy

06/09/2014: Called USCIS to put up a Service request.

06/18/2014: Filed for E-request at USCIS website.

06/26/2014: Sent consent form to CONGRESSMAN.

07/08/2014: Received call from congressman+ lawyer's appointment stating that USCIS replied that we should be getting approval within a week or 2.
07/18/2014: E-mailed Donald W. Neufeld and Susan Arroyo for assistance.

07/21/2014: 2nd Congressional Inquiry.
07/22/2014: Mail from congressman : Case with Special IImmigration officer awaiting review.
07/24/2014: NOA2 (after 205 days)

08/13/2014: Shipped to NVC

08/21/2014: Called NVC and they told us our case had been received to call them in a few weeks.
08/22/2014: We couldn't wait so we gave them a call the next day ,so we received our CASE NUMBER!! LOL!!
08/26/2014: CEAC status shows in TRANSIT

08/27/2014: Case READY!!!!! =)

09/03/2014: Lawyer filled out DS-160

09/08/2014: Medical COMPLETED *
09/24/2014: Interview Visa Appointment/ Approval but AP (Administrative processing). SMH :(

09/25/2014: CEAC status says refused. :/
09/29/2014: Denial: We have to file for a WAIVER.

Our visa was denied, because of overstay. Witch we knew, will take ten days before they will let us know if we can file waiver...

Sorry to hear that. Hopefully you can do the waiver or like frontgear says maybe now get married and then file for ir1/cr1

Hi everyone! I emailed the embassy on the 19 they replied today with my interview Date!! Wed. Oct. 15 2014 at 6:15 am

it also stated that they have sent package 4 to my fiancé!! :dancing::dancing::dancing:

Congrats an good luck.

Sorry for the bad news, I cant even fathom to image how you guys are feeling at this time. Can you please advise what does "overstay mean"? Also any other questions they asked. We just got our NOA 2 and we are on path of getting a date soon. Also which consulate did you have the interview in? Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Sep 15th, 2014 - Checked USCIS to find out that we were approved on the 12th, no txts or email although we were signed up.

Sep 15th, 2014 - Case shipped to NVC

Sep 25th, 2014 - Case arrived at NVC

Sep 26th, 2014 - Called and received case # from NVC.

Sep 29th,2014 - Case in transit to New Delhi

Sep 30th,2014 - Case shows "ready" online

Oct 2nd, 2014 - Submitted DS-160 online.

Oct 16th, 2014 - Police Certificate in hand.

Oct 20th, 2014 - Will have medical Report in hand

Oct 21st, 2014 - Scheduled fingerprinting

Oct 22nd, 2014 - INTERVIEW ......

Nov 12th, 2014 - Passport in hand with Approved VISA

Nov 27th, 2014- Arrived in the USA via Miami

GREEN CARD PROCESS STARTS

Dec 4th, 2014 - Married

Dec 11th, 2014 - Submitted I485, I765

Dec19th, 2014- Received several I797C - one for 485, 765 and one more (cant remember)

Jan 12th, 2015 - Biometrics.

Feb 5th, 2015 - Written Drivers test - PASSED

Feb 12th, 2015 - Road Test...... fingers crossed....PASSED... mailed the card. Said would get it for a year

Feb 13th, 2015 - EAD card in production... waiting to get it in hand

Feb 20th, 2015 - EAD card produced and mailed... now should be waiting to get it in hand...expecting it in a day or so.

Feb 24th, 2015 - EAD Card in hand with new married name!!!

My fiancee had her interview this past Tuesday and was approved! Needless to say we were elated. We are waiting for her visa and will fly back to the States together.

To everyone else who is waiting, good luck with your interview!

My fiancee had her interview this past Tuesday and was approved! Needless to say we were elated. We are waiting for her visa and will fly back to the States together.
