08/22/2014: We couldn't wait so we gave them a call the next day ,so we received our CASE NUMBER!! LOL!!
08/26/2014: CEAC status shows in TRANSIT

08/27/2014: Case READY!!!!! =)

09/03/2014: Lawyer filled out DS-160

09/08/2014: Medical COMPLETED *
09/24/2014: Interview Visa Appointment/ Approval but AP (Administrative processing). SMH :(

09/25/2014: CEAC status says refused. :/
09/29/2014: Denial: We have to file for a WAIVER.

Woe, you're kidding!? That's terrible. How did you find out that someone tried to do that?

I have to say - it's amazing how fast everything moves after it leaves USCIS! We got our interview appointment letter yesterday and the interview date is September 5th! Yikes! Just a week and a half after receiving the letter!

Packet 3.5 Sent: 8/7/2014 (We had delays because of civil unrest in Pakistan)

Embassy Receive: 8/21/2014 (Again delays due to civil unrest)

My faince scheduled interview for sept 19th we are India, hoping he had to schedule it, an they don't scheduled him one, not sure how new Dehli India. Works

I have to say - it's amazing how fast everything moves after it leaves USCIS! We got our interview appointment letter yesterday and the interview date is September 5th! Yikes! Just a week and a half after receiving the letter!

Because this one person tried searchign me through out the internet and found my visajourney. and tried getting into my account and take my pictures because they took a screenshot of it. So i went into my acount deleted my info but messaged captain ewokk to delete my account completely and still not yet. I have this one...

btw: it went fast..my CEAC status says READY after a day of being in transit! :) I e-mailed the Embassy and still waiting for them to reply with my interview date.

Hey Guys.... WE ARE APPROVED APPROVE APPROVED- I posted my consulate review if you want more details!

I want to get sappy for a moment.. lol

We drove up to Montreal the night before our interview.. but with all the stuff we had to do during the day and my crappy out dated gps.. we didn't get there until about 11:00pm-11:30pm.. I was EXHAUSTED.. from the stress... from the drive.. fromw orking all day etc.. I was CRANKY.. lol Nathan wanted to grab some food/ see Montreal a bit. All I wanted to do was sleep lol. But I got changed and we walked down the street to try and find him some food.. We got turned away by about 6-7 places.. turns out everywhere closed at 11... With every person that turned us away... I got crankier and crankier.. I was so tired.. my feet hurt from my shoes...not my best moment. We were walking down to try one last place.. and Nathan looked at me..in my eyes.. in all my crankiness and said "Hey.... we are here together." And it was like he just reached out and smacked the cranky right off my heart... He was right. It is so important to enjoy the experience. He is by far the most amazing man I have ever met.. and my person.

Now that we are approved.. I find myself sitting at work.. thinking about my husband to be.. and my heart starts to beat a little faster.. and my eyes just fill with the happiest of tears,, I feel so unbelievably blessed.

The wait was hell.. but so worth it. I can't wait to start our next chapt... Best of luck everyone. Sorry for the cheese. ;)

btw: it went fast..my CEAC status says READY after a day of being in transit! :) I e-mailed the Embassy and still waiting for them to reply with my interview date.

I think it's ready for transit to the embassy, then when they receive it they schedule it or am I wrong

Can anyone here pls help, confused, case is at new Dehli embassy, does that embassy schedule your interview or does faince schedule his interview, an does embassy send letter with interview date, anyone here go through new Dehli embassy. So confused...

They should have a case # for your petition. Try calling again and maybe you'll speak to a more competent customer service rep.

Hi everyone! ! Called NVC today and they received it.i got my case number! Yes!! She said they were not done entering it yet. To call on Tuesday for more information. And that it doesn't stay there long. I'm so happy. I have a video chat date with my fiance today, he is going to be thrilled.!!
