Have since been ANXIOUSLY awaitting ANY kind of change.. or news. :clock:

Hey Guys.... WE ARE APPROVED APPROVE APPROVED- I posted my consulate review if you want more details!

I want to get sappy for a moment.. lol

We drove up to Montreal the night before our interview.. but with all the stuff we had to do during the day and my crappy out dated gps.. we didn't get there until about 11:00pm-11:30pm.. I was EXHAUSTED.. from the stress... from the drive.. fromw orking all day etc.. I was CRANKY.. lol Nathan wanted to grab some food/ see Montreal a bit. All I wanted to do was sleep lol. But I got changed and we walked down the street to try and find him some food.. We got turned away by about 6-7 places.. turns out everywhere closed at 11... With every person that turned us away... I got crankier and crankier.. I was so tired.. my feet hurt from my shoes...not my best moment. We were walking down to try one last place.. and Nathan looked at me..in my eyes.. in all my crankiness and said "Hey.... we are here together." And it was like he just reached out and smacked the cranky right off my heart... He was right. It is so important to enjoy the experience. He is by far the most amazing man I have ever met.. and my person.

Now that we are approved.. I find myself sitting at work.. thinking about my husband to be.. and my heart starts to beat a little faster.. and my eyes just fill with the happiest of tears,, I feel so unbelievably blessed.

The wait was hell.. but so worth it. I can't wait to start our next chapt... Best of luck everyone. Sorry for the cheese. ;)

We just called in yesterday to NVC...and they told us our case has been received yesterday (after 8 days)...and to call in a few weeks but i told my fiance to not wait but to actually call tonight...and they just gave us our case number.... :) a day later woohooo :dancing:

I'll call next Thursday to check if they received it and if assigned a case number.

We just called in yesterday to NVC...and they told us our case has been received yesterday (after 8 days)...and to call in a few weeks but i told my fiance to not wait but to actually call tonight...and they just gave us our case number.... :) a day later woohooo :dancing:

Woo hoop is, right!! In a couple of days the consulate will recieve it as well.

01/09/2014: NOA1 Attorney hardcopy

06/09/2014: Called USCIS to put up a Service request.

06/18/2014: Filed for E-request at USCIS website.

06/26/2014: Sent consent form to CONGRESSMAN.

07/08/2014: Received call from congressman+ lawyer's appointment stating that USCIS replied that we should be getting approval within a week or 2.
07/18/2014: E-mailed Donald W. Neufeld and Susan Arroyo for assistance.

07/21/2014: 2nd Congressional Inquiry.
07/22/2014: Mail from congressman : Case with Special IImmigration officer awaiting review.
07/24/2014: NOA2 (after 205 days)

09/24/2014: Interview Visa Appointment/ Approval but AP (Administrative processing). SMH :(

09/25/2014: CEAC status says refused. :/
09/29/2014: Denial: We have to file for a WAIVER.

Well, im gathering problema have gathered all of the documents i will need to take with me to the DR for our interview sep 8. I will arrive sep 6 to go over everything with my fiancee.

She has done her medical and paid her fee at the bank and also gotten her police form de buena conducta o algo asi. All is ready except a letter from my employer which i expect to have Monday.

Im going down there for the cita and i will return the day after. Then, when she gets the visa in hand i will buy her a ticket to come here and a round trip ticket for me to pick her up. I may take a mini vacation when i go to pick her up!

Case went from in transit to ready, now it say NVC, can anyone tell me what it means pls

Now it's back to ready. Think I'm losing my mind. LOL

Then it means your embassy has received it. I strongly recommend that you visit the Indian subforum and post any questions there. People from the same country/region would be more helpful.
