It's very hard to be in love an not be able to be with our loves. Haven't seen him since last November 2013. We did get to be we each other from June 2013 till November 2013. But I want more, miss him very much...

No biggie you just adjust and get over it. I made a vow to myself not to cry, complain, or feel sorry for myself. This is just a small portion of the rest of my life.

Wish i could do the same. But i cry and complain all day long!!!

I miss him so much and i hate that we cant see each other cause of the money. But we wont to pay everything so we can buy a house as soon as i go there. Thats for the rest of our life.

Do u think we ll have problem on the interview when they ask us how long we havent seen each other? That will deny the visa?

As long as you met two years prior to filing the petition you should be ok. I'm going to be seeing my fiance in 40 days! It's quite exciting! I had the pleasure of spending and entire year with him. I had a job teaching at a teacher training college in Ghana.

OMG.... please God give me my NOA2... I almost teared up this morning when there was still no change on my status... I just want to be at the next step SO BADLY

Well I found out you can contact your congressman even if you haven't passed the 5 month timeframe. I contacted mine today and I'm just almost at the 4 month mark and they were very nice and seemed to know a lot about the petition process. I was contacted less than 30 minutes after I sent in the privacy release form and was told they would follow up on my case and update me as soon as they can.

They may not be able to speed up the case, but at least they can let me know what stage my petition is, and an approximate timeframe as to when I can expect my NOA2

Its indeed a visa journey. Logo of this site has said it all. Journey filled with emotional ups and downs, loneliness, where overtaking is lawfully allowed, last can become first. It is not when you file but when you got approved, that matters.

Today, we have December filers that have their visas in hands, some are on interview stage, some just got approved, some are waiting for approval while some are waiting for RFE.

I've not seen my fiancee in the last one year one, and our first child will be 5months on 11th. I don't have opportunity to touch him, bless him and raise him up and show him whole world. My fiancee is out of work for the past 6 months to take of our son. Its not easy at all for us but I know as going gets tough, tough gets going. Hopefully, I'll be there for my son one year birthday in November.

I really appreciate kindness of December filers community, though I don't post but I visit this thread more than USCIS page.

Everyday is a PLUS, WE ARE GETTING CLOSER EVERYDAY

I did a Google search to find my district congressman and called his office. I explained my situation to the woman who answered the phone and she took down my details and emailed me the release form.
