We mailed our petition last November 19. Got confirmation text message from USCIS yesterday Dec 2, I guess I'm a December filers :)

Waiting for NOA1 hard copy :)

We mailed ours in on 11/27 to TSC and it was received 12/2. They cashed the check on 12/6 but I've yet to receive an email or text about despite filling out the form. I'm hoping that means our NOA1 would be the same date the check was cashed then? That seems to be what most of the other members have down in regards to their check being cashed and NOA1 notifications.

How do we find out about the Alien Reg number? I got my NOA 1 text on Mon and the actual paperwork in the mail today

So I've been pouring over the forums and getting mixed results. Should my fiancé go ahead and start working on his list of stuff there like the police report and medical? Also, the I-134 should I start prepping it as well? He just left last Monday back to Australia and I didn't think to send it with him. I'd like to have a fast turnaround in him sending back in the packet 3 but it says in the forums that some places ask for other stuff for the I-134 like 3yrs tax reports.

We mailed our I-129F on 12/9 and the USPS tracking site indicated that it was delivered to the Texas Lockbox on 12/12. We are crossing our fingers that we will get the NOA1 real soon!

I wouldn't do the I-134 form at least not until the new form comes out as the current version expires on the 31st.

11/20/13 NOA2 approved(Never did know it got approved until nearly a month later).

12/17/13 Fiance was called by embassy to report there.

12/22/13 Received hardcopy that NVC Received approved K-1 packet from USCIS.

1/4/14 Medical evaluation.

1/22/14 Interview approved but need police certificate so visa can be issued.

1/24/14 Received visa.

3/3/14 POE Seattle.

hi everyone, sent app on 12/2/13, rec'd on 12/3/13 by the usps tracking, we got our first noa on 12/5/13 but only received the hard copy today. already got a touch on the 12/11/13 and hoping it was a good one and not just moved to a different desk. we got transferred to the laguna niguel, ca office. one thing i noticed, even though i filed the 1145, they didn't send the email notice so don't worry too much, they are just behind a little. had a scare when the new phone number got a call from a collection branch of the gov, for the ones who had the number before me, thought they had put me in a bad file because of the phone number, but thankfully got that straightened out, still my heart was pounding after the obsessive checks to be sure i had it all right, lol smile.png

I mailed mine on Saturday 12/7 - with a promised delivery date by the post office of Monday 12/9. But the idiotic post office didn't get it there until Friday December 13th!

Haven't heard anything from USCIS yet though.
