NBI Clearence to NVC

Yes, it is valid for one year, however ive also read from some posts that nvc wants police reports that are at least 6 months old..not sure if it also applies to our nbi clearance though..

Some consuls asks for an updated NBI clearance some don't. I have a number of people I personally know who were asked to provide an updated NBI clearance--my husband was, for one. A few friends I know however, where not asked for it . In my case, I am having a new one at the time of the interview--including everything else that has an expiration, I will renew and bring in the top and bottom parts of the NBi clearance. Just to be sure.
