Hi everyone,

we are finishing up putting the package together and my question is regarding my middle name. I do have a middle name on my birth certificate, however, it's not used on any of my legal IDs, including my passport. Should we put it on the I-130 form where it says Middle Name or simply leave it out and put it where it says All Other Names Used? I didn't have my name legally changed to leave it out of my IDs, it's simply an option they give us to include it or not.

Thanks

It should be on there somewhere as it is your legal middle name. (either under middle name or other names used... your choice... I personally would put it under middle name. )

I have his same issue and just I man done filling out the forms, I just wasn't sure what to do with the names. In my case I put it under all other names used and included an explanation why I put it there. But maybe I will put it in the middle name section and include an explanation. I will please like to know updates on your case. Please try to update your timelines since I am following your case. Thank you in advance
