If he has been aggressive already I would not even tell him what you know. Get the help you need through an attorney and protect yourself.

I agree. If you fear for your safety at all you should not tell him anything. First contact a relative or women's shelter and get to a safe place. Then file for a TRO (assuming you qualify) and proceed with withdrawal of visa paperwork. But get to a safe place first. Before he finds out.

I see it the "other" way around, against you. He can claim that you access his "private" facebook unauthorized (and that is an illegal act). Since you have access to it, you also can falsify all those stories about "fake" relationship with you for immigration purpose.

Consult an experienced immigration attorney in regards to this matter ASAP. It's hard to conclusively prove that he's comitting fraudulent marriage for immigration purpose but very clear that you are illegally access other person's PRIVATE website (protected with password)

Why would she contact an immigration attorney? She is a U.S. citizen. No Adjustment of Status has been filed, so there is no immigration process AT ALL. It's over. She should get a restraining order, file for divorce, and move on with her life.

Since he came on a K-1, all you really have to do is not marry him, and stay away from him.

Why?

A K-1 visa holder who does not marry the original petition (you) and files for AOS based on that marriage, has absolutely no other way of legally adjusting status. He can sweet talk as many women as he wants, get the best job offers, go to the best schools - He still can only adjust status through a marriage with you.

If he stays beyond his 90 days, he will be racking up unlawful presence. If he racks up 180 days + of unlawful presence, he will be barred from getting any new visa for 3 years. If he racks up one year + of unlawful presence he will be barred from getting any visa for 10 years. If you can prove to USCIS that he married you solely for immigration purposes, and USCIS chooses to prosecute, he will be deported and barred for life.
