Hi.

Does anybody know if the Affadavit of support, does the petitioner need to have a perm job, or just reach the income requierments?

Well they normally do not ask if you have a permanent job...you just have to show that you worked...filed taxes and the amount that you earned meets the poverty guide line...good luck

Oh and sometimes you have to provide a job letter and paystubs...

Thanks for responding, Well he has worked since mid of september this year, different jobs, and he is above the poverty guidelines fo a yearly salary as it is now, but he hasn't worked a year yet, hope that doesn't matter?

Has he worked in the past? If not you may need a co-sponsor but I am not familiar with your country so check out your consulate review section to see if the do accept co-sponsors...

Have sufficient annual income, regardless of how it is derived.

I think you are okay if he just started working, maybe previously he was studying? you could probably proof that with his recent graduation?

As long as he is working and I think the job needs to be permanent as in a long term job. Not a job that will only last you till your interview. It has to be job that could support you when you are living in the U.S.
