I'm with you on the confused part! My fiancee's went from Administrative Processing for two weeks after his interview on November 27. they needed a better copy of our taxes and got them. It was stuck there for over a week after they recieved the papers they needed and yesterday it said Ready but still had the October case creation date. Today it said Ready with todays date and the new creation date is today. The message was different though and said check back within two days for status of case. It only stayed like that for two hours and then went back to Administrative Processing!!! Meanwhile the price of flights rise. All I want for Christmas is my fiancee....

May 1, 2013 Petition mailed to USCIS
May 3, 3013 Petition Received by USCIS
May 7, 2013 NOA 1
September 11, 2013 Text and email saying USCIS APPROVED
September 13, NOA2 received
October 10, 2013 files sent to NVC
October 18, 2013 file received by NVC and I was given case number over the phone.
October 22, 2013 marked as IN TRANSIT
October 23, 2013 Consulate received and later that same day marked as READY
October 31, 2013 Packet 3 &4
November 27, 2013 INTERVIEW DATE!!!

December 16, 2013 FINALLY APPROVED!!!!!!

December 18, VISA IN HAND!!!!

Flight to USA January 15, 2014

Arrives in Michigan January 16, 2014 at 11:27 AM!!!!

Married in Lapeer, Michigan on February 21, 2014 Exactly 1 year after we were engaged!!

Never believe the CO, they cannot determine when visa will be issued. If it says ready, hopefully it will say issued, and not return to AP. It takes one week from when it says issued to receive visa

hey guys,

My status just changed to Administrative Processing today after being stuck on Ready for 16 days. I am hoping this is a good sign!! I notice for Jamaica it usually changes to Issued within a day or so. I am praying this is the case with us.

August 4 2012: filed i130

December 5 2012: noa1

May 8:2013: noa2

June 3 2013: case received at NVC

August 26 2013: AOS package received at NVC

Sept 19 2013: case complete

October 1 2013: interview date received from NVC

Nov 26 2013: interview
