hi my aunt filed F4 petition for my family(4 PERSONS -my parents , my younger brother and me ) in 31 january 2002 . My petition get approved in 30 december 2009. Priority date -01/31/2002 Approved date - 12/30/2009 so our case approved in 2890 days and according to cspa rule i and my brother are eligible for CSPA. My current age is 27 and my brother's current age is 23 . In 2010 we sent all nesseccory documents to nvc and fees and pcc documents for my parents and my younger brother (at that time his age was 20 years) . In 2010 my name was not included becuz i was above 21 so we dont pay my fees for visa and document to nvc.In 2011 retrogress takes place and we put on hold till now. In 2011 we came to know about CSPA rules and we immidiately haiare attorney for our case and he told us that me and my brother are eligible for CSPA and able to get visa till october 2015 according to cspa age calculation. So my question is when i have to pay my visa fee or i have to wait for my petion to be current , i m worried and confused please guide me on it. And i also want to know that my and my brother's CSPA interview will take with my parents or it wil be done some other day.pls guide me on this.Thank you.
