We used Midwest Translation. I believe we payed around $60.00 for the translation and it was also notarized.

That's an online service, they send you the translation by email and also by mail. I don't know if they can mail to India, but you can always check their website and ask them about it they reply really fast.

I've used www.Rev.com for all of our translation needs for this process (divorce decree, birth certificate, etc). They charge around $27 per page and are more often than not done in the same day. Upload your file to their site and they will email you the certified translation. It's super easy. Just submitted a form earlier today for translation actually.
