Hi all,

I needed to file on Oct end but was not able to, I am filing it on 20th. I have few questions. Have you all submitted affidavits, as I read lot of people dont and still get approved as it is a weak source of evidence. Also, do I have to add my pay statements.

Sent my packet yesterday (12/17/2013) and I just recieved my delivery confirmation today (12/18/2013). Sent it via USPS Express Mail and it was signed by T. Cioppa :) Would someone be able to add me to the Vermont Service Center timeline? As I'm not quite sure how it works...

Keeping my fingers crossed for a smooth process...good luck to everyone!!

Naturalization Journey (Based on 5 years as a PR):

November 21st 2016 - Sent N-400 to Dallas Lockbox.

November 30th - Check Cashed.

December 1st - Email/Text Notifications.

December 8th - Hardcopy of NOA received (Priority Date 11/25).

December 9th - Biometrics Appointment Letter received.

December 19th - Biometrics Appointment.

January 4th 2017 - "In Line" for Interview.

June 9th - Online status changed to "Interview was Scheduled".

June 12th - Interview Letter received.

July 19th - Interview (NYC). Requested a "delayed Oath" for after September 4th 2017.

September 11th - Oath Letter received. Honored my request for a delayed Oath Ceremony. 

September 14th - Oath Ceremony.

I just mailed my package to the California Service Centre today. USPS said it will be delivered by 3:00pm tomorrow (19th).

Was able to get in today for an walking early bio. No issues and was out within 15 minutes.

CR1 Visa

USCIS STAGE: 16 days No expedite request but USC residing abroad
NVC STAGE: 19 days from case # to case complete
03/27/12: interview at Paris embassy - APPROVED
04/12/12: POE San Diego

ROC
01/15/14: sent I-751 application

05/14/14: received card production notification by e-mail, approval date 05/13

Naturalization

02/01/24: N-400 submitted online; Biometrics reuse notice received immediately online; "case being actively reviewed" after a couple hours

02/09/24: received NOA1 by mail

02/10/24: received biometrics reuse notice by mail

04/08/24: interview scheduled for 05/14. Received "We have taken an action in your case" email.

05/14/24: approved at interview, same-day oath ceremony in San Francisco 🥳 🇺🇸

06/10/24: application submitted at post office for passport book and card, paid for expedited processing and shipping

06/24/24: received email notification that passport was approved, then shipped with tracking number

Hello Guys.. am a little worried here because don't receive any reminder from USCIS for lifting of my condition.. is this common? I did change my address two time when we first arrived here in florida.. cause lost the one I made online.. mean not able to print.. so I did again by mail..my greencard will expire March 21,2014.. I know my window is open the following days..Is it ok to send my papers even without notice from them? thank you very much.. answers much appreciated..

Don't worry about not receiving a reminder notice, that's something new they just started doing. Go ahead and file your I-751 packet when your window opens. Good Luck!
