Hopefully this new week puts some smile on the faces of those of us who are still on the dwindling wait list. So happy for all those who are freed from anxiety of waiting in the dark. :clock:

I tried to file the service request online but it says that it's still under normal processing time. Do you have any idea when we would eligible to file the service request for outside the processing time?

Intergalactic, you need to call USCIS and speak to someone, they will be able let you know when can u file a service request. Apparently, they have a different way of calculating their processing time.

guys,

I got approved in 10th June, received approval letter in 11th and the decision date written on the letter was 7th June. i got another online update which says they mailed out my card at 13th. i have a question about tracking information as the online update doesn't have any. talked to USCIS representative and they said, i will get another online update with tracking information. how does it usually takes to get the card in hand? Also, if its mailed out at 13th, shouldn't i be receive it within this week ? thank you
