Hey all,

I'm one of the Decembers fillers and after seeing the list with VSC aplicants i calmed down a little bit. It is amazing how long it takes for this process. Anyway, what can we do...:)

Can you please add me to the string of VSC fillers? I'd like to see how the others are going and have a clue when and what to expect.

Hi everyone. I am new to this forum but stumbling on this forum has allayed my fears. I called yesterday to get an update on my case, the service representative told me my case was over processing time so she transferred me to an immigration officer who seemed very mean. I told him i was aware of the first update i had on my case since my application for ROC was received. I also told him since then, i have not gotten any update. He took my information and other security questions only to tell me the same information online. Additionally, he told me that the 6 months processing time was just an estimate and a case could go way over a year or so. So i shouldnt call them and that they will inform me when they need me or make a decision. Long story short, there was no update whatsoever.

Mailed my I-751: 12/02/13

NOA1: 12/05/13

BIO: 01/09/14

Service Center: VSC

Wow, so after May 2nd, it's has been a dry approval desert for December filers. No approvals in five days after the positive trends in April. Seems in line with the USCIS system of "Hurry-up and wait".

Hey I have the same NOA date as you and also still waiting for VSC to make its move. It's really weird that they would tell you that approval can take more than a year, since the extension is just for one year so anything longer will make us out of status with an expired green card. I don't know what's going on but trying to stay positive and thank you for your feedback on your call and welcome to the Waiting game, hopefully it will end soon with a positive outcome.

I'm a numbers freak and I was looking at the two lists - CSC and VSC. It looks like MOST of the people that received their NOA after December 19 were transfered from VSC while all the people that filed begining of the month stayed with VSC....hmmmm...just a weird coincidence.

anybody got rfe after filing removal of condition.how long is the process after rfe?I mean how long before you can get updates.Thank you!!!
