Hi Sean86, click the link: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do and select VSC in the Service Center Processing Date. It will show you processing time for applications of all sorts. Scroll down and check for I-751. Right now it's showing six months, so Dec 2013 filers can expect it by end-June 2014.

Does anyone has any update on the month that VSC is approving the application for? I find it really hard to track VSC approval pattern.

It is really hard to tell. I am a November VSC filer and only 1 of the 17 november people have heard back where as more than half the CSC folks have heard back. I "think" VSC is getting close to doing November because they have least picked up cases to transfer recently. All we can do is wait... my case will be 5 months next week.

I'd say VSC's processing is very random They transfer their cases to CSC around the same time as Dec filers...

I truly believe USCIS has all the information they need to process the ROC, as I felt I sent them very minimal information. Personally I felt I sent them an incomplete package, reading everyone's posts in VisaJourney. As per the application booklet, I sent them what was outlined in it. Since I am somewhat established, there was very little proof I felt I was able to provide USCIS. I already owned a house, cars and somewhat establish, I felt there was little information I could provide them.

Here is what I sent them:

• I-751 Application for both wife and step-daughter
• Check in the amount of $675 ($505 + $160)
• Copies of Green Cards
• Copies of passports (ife and stepdaughter)
• Copies of 2012 and 2011 Tax returns
• Copies of joint finances (letters from banks and credit cards showing my wife on the accounts/ complete quarterly bank statements with transactions and deposits/ Letter from 401k company stating my wife as primary beneficiary/ copies of wife's paychecks)
• Copies of joint health insurance (this included health invoices with my wife and stepdaughter)
• Copies of joint memberships (zoo-health club- Costco)
• Copies of household commonalities (copies of junk mail, invoices from Amazon, travel itineraries with the whole family)
• Copies of Affidavits

Thanks for the comments. I guess for myself and all of us here on VisaJourney, the whole process of bringing your spouse/family member(s) is truly stressful enough. There were times I wanted to give up... I truly appreciate all those who have posted on this site and it seems we are all in this together.

I guess one seems to second guess on what information is provided to them and if you provided "enough" supporting documents to prove your case. As you have probably have experienced, the 800 telephone helpline is literally useless and one just can't get on the telephone and have a constructive conversation with them.

Enough of my emotions, as this has truly been one "heck" of a Journey and well worth it. I wish you and everyone the best.

I have good news too. According to USCIS when I checked for any updates on my case, it said "On April 3, 2014, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you."
