Send an expedite request to this email address nvcexpedite@state.gov

You will need to state reason for expedite in your email. Our reason was

because my wife lives in the area affected by the earthquake and typhoon.

in the email you will need to provide you and your wife's name and date of

birth. Also in the subject line you need to put your NVC case number.

my wife if from the Philippines we used humanitarian reason the 7.2 earthquake they had

and the super typhoon. that's why the NVC portion was expedited. Not the I-130 petition

that part took 2 info passes and 9.5 months to be approved.

I sent an email to a different address than what I have seen. They told me to send to NVCExpedite@state.gov which I did a few days ago. I have also been screwed by the earthquake and typhoon/power issues. USCIS expedited, 3 weeks later NVC got package and now I am waiting for case # or if they sent directly to embassy? The one form does have a priority date of April 1 but I think is useless. I have been living in the PI for 3+ yrs, should have done DCF. They read me the questions for reason to expedite and I used extreme emergency conditions which they accepted, need power and water....at least I do.

On that note since I will be in the states to wait this BS out can I do the selection of agent form electronically myself? Do they look at the originating IP address since its electronic signature. Then I can do the payments and the support agreement and get on back for her interview. My sons passport and CRBA been done a long time now just waiting, and waiting for wifes visa
