I-864 Checklist!

We called NVC and confirmed that we had a checklist about AOS. The agent told us that we only sent 1 copy of the form but they need 2 copies. My son is immigrating with me and his name was written on Part 3. We are confused why they need another copy of the form. And another thing, they told my husband that there's an error with the household income but we didn't use any household income. The agent told us to wait for the checklist email from them. So confused. We won't be able to make it for February interview. So sad. :'g

But the agent told us to wait for the mail to be sent this week. Should we send the copy of the form that they're needed even though we didn't know yet what's wrong with the household income that they've told us?

they will be providing the CoverSheet in responding the checklist..

and regarding submitting two forms..

Yes., as per instruction po., we need duplicate copy of the i864 of the principal applicant for each derivative immigrating with him/her..

on the checklist email, it was written that it's 20BD review..

when you call nvc, it's 30BD..

If you had check the instructions you will see it is required to submit extra copies for any other dependent. I did for ours as we are in same shoes as you.

Anyways, get a copy of it and send as soon as you get the mail.

As what i've read, it "may be photocopied" but not stated as required thing to do but anyway we need to produce the copy. We're just waiting for the mail. Thanks for the comment.
