08.23.2013- REQUESTED OF EVIDENCE


08.29.2013- RFE ON REVIEW


09.09.2013 - NOA 2 approval notice


10.07.2013 - NVC received my case file


10.15.2013 - Case number and IIN.


10.16.2013 - AOS fee invoice received and paid


10.15.2013 - DS261 SEND


10.21.2013 - DS261 accepted


10.22.2013 - IV fee invoice received and paid


10.21.2013 - AOS and IV package sent


10.24.2013 - IV and AOS ON REVIEW


10.24.2013 - COMPLETE DS260


11.20.2013 - AOS checklist(sad.png)


11.20.2013 - IV POLICE AND MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE checklist(sad.png)


11.29.2013 - AOS RESPONSE TO checklist(sad.png)

20-30 business days.

apple 21 they are taking the long? wow those checklist are just keeping us behind on waiting time

I would suggest going to the Dec NVC filers forum and see how long it's been taking lately for other people

That's the standard answer NVC operators will give you but it could be shorter, maybe 15 business days.
