We are getting ready to send in the I-130 form this friday and the only thing we have left to do is the cover letter. My dad is a LPR. How do this example look? I (beneficary) did this. Are we missing some thing except the G1145 that we put over the cover letter. My dad has one previous wife before my mother and now has his current wife(USC), have I typed it out correctly? I hope any one has experienced the same as us and can help us. Im immigration from Sweden if that changed anything.

You don't need G-325a. You need the passport copy (biographic page) from the petitioner and front & back copy of the petitioner's Green Card.

Are you sure that I dont need the G-325a because thats what we heard from a lawyer? Can I send it in just in case? Isnt the green card the same as the "Copy of the alien registration receipt card" or do I need both? Can you anything thats missing, and what do you think of the cover page?

G-325a is only needed for spouses. Yeah alien registration card/permanent resident card or GC whatever you call it.

How about you include a copy of petitioner's birth certificate?

Yeah okey. Should I put in under the catagory "Evidence of relationship between Petitioner and Beneficary:"? Are their any other documents that you feel should be included? Like my dads US wifes old marriage certificate and divroces?
