Here's a dumb question I'm sure, but here goes!!

My wife came here on a K1 last July. We married in August, and promptly submitted her AOS in September. Everything is done, and have received EAD/AP combo a short time ago.

Here's the thing: Her 5 year old daughter is still in the PI. We were planning on getting her over here probably sometime in the 1st half of next year. She is staying with my wife's parents and extended family. If we decide to bring her over sooner, can I apply? What type of visa would it be? Does my wife have to apply once she gets her green card?

Thank you in advance!!

you ca file for a k2 unless her visa has not expired yet for her K1 when she arrived in the USA but if it her K1 visa has expired then petition the child for I 130 it won't take long for her to come as the child is minor he/she will have a visa number at once after 6 months. Good luck!
