My Story

U.S Embassy Islamabad

K1 Fiance Visa

Petitioner: Female (U.S Citizen)

Case Heading: Immigrant Visa Application

Case Creation Date: 28-Nov-2012

Case Number: ISL2012XXXX20 01

Interview Date Mentioned in Letter: 12-Feb-2013

Interview Date Delayed (for some reasons) to: 19-Mar-2013

Refusal Blue Slip and asked 2 Months Admin Process and requirement of petitioner's tax return docs.

Docs sent on: 25-Mar-2013

Embassy receives docs on: 23-May-2013

Embassy said: your docs received, checked, and found good to support your visa.

From 19-Mar-2013 to 29-Sep-2013 my case was on: "Administrative Processing" with long status message.

and Status Updated Date: was getting changed time to time twice or thrice a month.

On 30-Sep-2013 Case Status: READY

Case Creation Date Changed: 30-Sep-2013

Case Heading Changed from "Immigrant Visa Application" to "Non-Immigrant Visa Application".

Today, it is 03-Dec-2013.

and Status Updated Date: was not changed since 02-Oct-2013.

and since 2 months my case is again on Administrative Processing (but this time with small [3-line] status message).

Please tell me about The END of my story..

with What? and When? Please. Thanx sad.png

congratulations it will be issued by now. i had a same experience last week but i got my visa with a packet in 7 working days.

Congratulation again. you will get it soon.

Hope your words come true, but I don't think that they're in mood to issue visa.

They've replied same thing to me yesterday. please see their response (attached).

I have studied other non-immigrant visa cases (created after me). all visas have been issued.

but only 2 cases are on admin. process.. (mine and someone else).. cray5ol.gif

I've studied a non-immigrant visa case of an unknown friend.

SEQUENCE # 803

CASE CREATION DATE: 29-OCT-2012

CASE # ISL2012 803 019

CASE READY 'TO ISSUE' ON: 28-OCT-2013

VISA ISSUED ON: 31-DEC-2013

In the above case, the visa issued 2 MONTHS AFTER 'READY' AND 14 MONTHS AFTER CREATION.

My case was created on 28-Nov-2012 and the current month "January-2014" is my 14th month after creation.

as well as, the 3 months also passed after 'READY'.

So, I'm hoping for the good news in this month.

Let see what happens. Fingers crossed :)

Inshallah, hopefully we all get our visa's soon inshallah and we are reunited with our loved ones. Nothing is better than being in their arms. May allah hear all of us and issue all the visa's. Ameen ameen ameen!
