What needs to be sent back to NVC with the DS-230 if we are doing IR-1 in Montreal Canada ?

I'm in the USA on K3 visa and I am almost done with NVC for my IR-1 green card interview process.

The interview will be in Montreal Canada.

NVC just generated the DS-230 and I want to know what i need to send to them with the DS-230 ?

I hope that I will be taking the Canadian police certificates and medical to the actual interview when we go over to Canada for it.

I have no way of getting the police certificate and having the medicals done unless I leave Florida and fly to Canada for them which will be a HUGE difficulty for us to make a special separate trip to Canada just for the police certificate and medicals and then come back to Florida and wait until we are called for interview in Montreal. I was hoping to send the DS-230 back into NVC completely filled out and then when we get the actual appointment date in Montreal, Canada that we could just leave Florida a week or two earlier and go over and get the medical and the police certificates and hand take them into the consulate on the day of the interview.

That's exactly how we did it for the K3 visa appointment when we did the DS-230 for the K3.

But someone was saying that we need to send the medicals and the police certificate in the mail to NVC with the DS-230 ??????????

What is correct ?

Who has done this process dealing with NVC and Montreal consulate recently ? Did you have to mail the police certificate and medicals to NVC and then they forwarded them to Montreal for your green card interview or did you take the police certificate and medicals with you to Montreal for the interview ?

When one is required to submit both parts 1 & II and all documents listed in the above link, the NVC reviews all documents and schedules the interview. Part 1 should only be signed not part II as that has to be signed at the interview stage in front of the conof.
