I made sure all my papers were in order then stuck them in a maila file labeled with

LAST NAME First name Middle name of petitioner

LAST NAME First name Middle name of beneficiary

Then on the bottom I put

ORIGINAL SUBMISSION I 129 Petition for alien Fiancé

I tested it going in and out of the maila envelope it was easy to handle the papers stayed in place and was cheaper than fasteners.

I believe the assembly instructions here on VJ came from the USCIS wet site:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...p;page=assembly

It says do not use binders or folders that cannot be easily disassembled. I would assume that staples would hamper the disassembly process and shouldn't be used. I used ACCO fasteners and had tab dividers between each section and it all seem to go well.

Good luck

You are correct!
