Reported Immigration Fraud

Without going into detail - I know a clear cut and deliberate violation of immigration fraud to which I filled-out the online fraud prevention form with Homeland Security. It has been six months and nothing happened.

This violation even involves a guy bringing a girl here who is pretty much trapped in a house as his servant.

Interesting how they find time to pick on others when this kind of ####### is reported to them. Must be still in the system.

If she is trapped in his home and not of her own desire, you should report it to the police as a possible human trafficking issue or kidnapping. Do not wait for ICE to take action.

What type of evidence did you provide that they can take action on? If all you had is your opinion, then I kind of doubt they'll do anything at all. Ice is looking for the big cases, not the single go investigate because a single person made a complaint. And as Jeanna said, if she's really being kept as a slave, the local police are the ones to contact, not ICE.
