I have been waiting for 1 month and two days now (NOA2 Nov.1) for my case number..I went through TSC too..its so frustrating that until now, everytime my fiance calls to NVC, they keep sayign the same thing too! My file was already shipped to them last Nov.21 but NVC havent received it yet. :(

So this is what I found out ,,,because mine also said it was forward to the listed consulate. Rather than Nvc...Texas is the only center that send u and email after its been approve saying they have shipped the reaffirm petition to the nvc so until the uscis website change and said it was shipped to nvc or Texas send u a second email saying they shipped the reaffirm petition to. Nvc '''that mean they have not send it yet....they keep lying telling people they send it off

Bill & Ivy we got approved the same date as you nothing yet.cray5ol.gif

We are in the same boat as you it sounds, ours was approved NOA2 on Nov. 4th, and we havent heard a word since then.

I have no idea what type of order they process them in, but it doesnt seem as though they do them in the order they were approved for NOA2.

Kinda wonder if the clean-up crew comes in at night and plays with them by throwing them into different receptacles from a distance ,then USCIS picks one receptacle the next morning to process while all the others go back in a big pile so the clean-up crew can do it all over the next night. Just wish whoever is throwing ours, would hit the pile that gets processed!

I think that USCIS must forget that they are affecting so many peoples lives, or else they just dont care, or are incredibly understaffed, dont know which.

I received NOA2 last week of October. Then I didn't hear anything. Today (dec 2nd) I received an email from my fiancé 's consulate in Sydney asking to submit packet 3!!! Apparently they received everything from NVC on Nov 25th. I received no communication abt this till now.

So just because you haven't heard anything, don't get frustrated.

You are so right about them not realizing how much this affects people, both myself and my fiancee in Texas are so tired of waiting, we expected it to be done by the start of next year but this delay has kept us both just sitting around waiting.

Just thought I'd chime in - our NOA2 was Oct 30. Just found out NVC received today. Dec 2. We were at TSC also.
