My fiancee mailed the petition last November 19, 2013, we tracked the package and the last update was given last November 26, 2013 status- "delivered".

I just want to have an idea when should we expect reply from USCIS.

did you fill out a G-1145 and have you checked if the money you sent in has been withdrawn from your account? just give it a few more days, remember they just had Thanksgiving :)

Give it a couple of weeks. Might get there sooner than that.

Don't worry about it!

Fingers crossed :)

Yes we did. They haven't cashed the check.

You'll get it around a couple of weeks after they review the package and cash the check.

November 14th, 2013: She's here!

December 12th, 2013: Picked up marriage license.

Welcome to the forum.

Sounds like you have documentation that your package was delivered. That's good. Now, there is time to take a breath, relax a little, and start practicing your patience skills. You will like get your I-797c Petition Acceptance Notice (NOA1) soon. Then you really get the chance to practice your patience skills, waiting for your I-797 Petition Approval Notice (NOA2).

Good luck on your visa journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
