Hi guys! I hope you can help me with this thing child custody order which one of the documents USEM ask from me for my interview.

What is this all about? I am a sole custodian of my child ever since. The father of my 7-year-old son has no care about him. His father's name isn't in his birth certificate either. I have no contacts with his father for long time. He doesn't even give a dime for our child. Do I still have to have this document? I am from Philippines and my mother help me to take care of my son while I'm away. I want him to accompany me to US. I am currently

working here in Hong Kong.

For those who have idea what to do with this,please help!

Hi, Apple21! Thank you for your fast response!So that means it's ok if I don't have that document during my interview? I am very worried because I'm here in Hong Kong. Im afraid I need to have that and go to any legal offices to help me for that.

For Philippines, if a child is illegitimate, sole custody automatically goes to the mother. There's no documentation or court order for that.

How can your son accompany you if he's in the Philippines?

Oh I see. It's clear to me now. Thanks a lot!

I will apply a K2 visa for him soon I finished mine here in Hong Kong. I will be home on February. If ever approved this month, I'll ask the US consulate here to forward the case in Manila embassy for my son's visa. And hopefully by April 2014, he has a visa by then.
