My wife took her immigration test on November 13th. The person who administered the test told her she passed. The problem is that the next oath ceremony was not for serveral months later. It is now December 1st and not only have we not received an oath letter, but there is also no change to her status on the site at all. It says they mailed her a notice for interview on October 7th and that is all. What is the problem? They only have ceremonies every two months here in Wyoming and if she waits till March she will be almost 40 weeks pregnant at the time. I want to try and and do the January ceremony in Casper, but without any paperwork what do I do?

She changed her name when we got married and applied for the first green card. Her green card has always had her married name on it. I am worried about having to drive 150 miles to a ceremony with my wife 38 weeks pregnant. That is pushing my luck. Thanks for the reply
