Maybe someone can answer,,It was a question in a conversation I had

this weekend with a few ppl, most wanted to know if there is or will be a

possibility for Jamaicans to turn in the so-call Caricom passports and go

back to the original one before the failed treaty of Chargaramus was

signed?, many ppl I've spoken to is against Caricom since so much money

is put up to be in Caricom but Jamaicans hasn't or will not benefit from it.

So this is where the thoughts are can individuals deny this passport?,I

have no answer but intend to find out in the coming week . Just thought

someone here may know if and how one could go about it.
