Fingerprints notice not received

Dear VisaJourney members,

My N-400 packet was sent on November 01, 2013 and I received the acceptance notice on the 12th of November, showing the notice date of November 06, 2013. Later I checked the case status online, which says" On November 12, 2013 we mailed you an appointment notice to have your fingerprints taken. Please follow the instructions on the notice. But as of today I still haven't received the fingerprints notice, my attorney also hasn't received anything yet. What might have gone wrong and what can be done at this situation? Any suggestion would be much appreciated. (I am from West Virginia )

Call them !!!! Your fingerprint appointment is most likely this week. My fingerprint notice was mailed on 11/22 and my appointment is Thursday. Don't wait any longer call them now!!! And fire your attorney for not telling you to call...
