This is totally non responsive. I am so angry they that they did not just call USCIS themselves. The burden of proof is on us. In the mean while my wife is suffering and I am getting sick and frustrated

Thank you for your service.. The system is broke.. Why can't you send everything at once? Why can't it just be one place not 3 or 4? Why does it really take this long? Your in a very obvious bad situation so it's stupid to even to need to deal with this.. To me it would be so easy for your wife to just go to the embassy and say "Hey it bad here right now and I want to go to my husband in US". They issue a visa quickly and done.. But unfortunately politics and policies don't care about anyone or anything.. I'm truly sorry your going through all this and I hope that it gets worked out in a quick manner

Finished for now!!

I think I may have messed up on the DS-260. One question asks, "Do you have vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?"
I wrote: "At this time I do not have vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law. My case is currently on file with the NVC and I have not yet received instructions to report for my medical. At the time of my interview I will have all vaccinations and will present all medical information at the interview."

Was this the wrong answer? That form seems to be designed to confuse. I've been seeing the responses on VJ that the correct answer is yes.

I am the petitioner.

You have to answer questions truthfully, which you did. If you don't have vaccinations done, then put no. Some of us do have vaccinations, so those people put yes. It doesn't really matter what answer you put as you'll be getting the required vaccinations at the medical.

You can go back into the form and correct it now.

Yes. You can go back whenever you want. You'll have to go through the entire thing though and submit it again at the end.

I'm assuming they check the system where there will only ever be one: the most recently submitted one. It's not like emails where there's multiple copies.

I had almost the same mistake and when i opened DS260 to correct , system didnt let me type even a single lettercray5ol.gif

well i filled the DS 260 last Monday and before i submitted it there was a message popping up asking me to double check before i submitted it because it will not be a chance for me to modify it...and i believe if it is a serious problem you need to contact the NVC about it so they can unlock it for you so you can modify it if they cant do it you need to wait until the interview and state this to the counselor office to do it for you.
