hey guys i got again today another checklist which is

______F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE:______________________________________

We received your Immigrant Visa Application; however, we have not received an Affidavit of Support

form. You must submit an Affidavit of Support form before we can complete your case.

Please go to our website immigrantvisas.state.gov for instructions on how to obtain, complete, and

submit an Affidavit of Support form.

When responding to the National Visa Center, please include the bar code sheet that came with this

letter. Failure to include the bar code sheet may cause a delay in the processing of your case. The bar

code sheet should be placed on top of all documents being submitted for this case and mailed to the

address provided.

PLEASE NOTE: No interview will be scheduled until ALL of the information requested has been

returned to the National Visa Center.

i talked with a supervisor today about this and she told me that she will put a request for this AOS package for me and after a tow hours i got this checklist.....i really don't know i am thinking to mail it all over again ..what you think guys ?

is this checklist means they found it and got touched or what?

Typically, I would say this is a false checklist based on them reviewing (and accepting) your IV package. But, since you mentioned earlier that a supervisor said they lost your AOS package, I'm not sure. It's rare (from what I've seen) to lose an entire package. I'd suggest calling up again and asking. They may just not have gotten to the AOS package yet, who knows.

Hey guys,

Quick question..I paid my AOS bill and haven't mailed out the AOS packet yet (working on it), but my IV Application bill is now up too, should I wait to pay this? I mean should I send in the AOS packet first and then pay the IV packet fee? Or I can pay this fee too and not worry about it.

I guess, which one make it easier/more sense?

I have a question. I got an email stating that te I-130 was sent to DOS. How long will it take it take to get to NVC, and when should I start calling NVC to get case and IIN number?

NVC is DOS. When USCIS says they sent it to DOS (Department of State) thats the umbrella NVC is under. To get case# and IIN can take 4 to 8 weeks. First your case gets there than they will input you into system.

You see here many reporting it taking 6 to 8 weeks just to get to NVC. Just keep calling.

Go and read the first two post in this thread.

You can pay the IV bill at any time. The paths are not dependent on each other but both are needed to get a case complete and interview. Pay the fee if it's up.

We paid the AOS bill, then the IV bill when it was available. Then we sent the IV package and later sent the AOS package (you can see it on my timeline.) My husband was a bit slower getting his AOS stuff together than I was at getting the IV stuff.

You can start calling after a week, but they will tell you to wait 8 weeks, I have called twice a week to see if they have received it, but not yet. Mine was approved on Dec 17 at CSC.

Where did you were approved?
