Sure many here I know one it took 46 days to NOA2 and 89 days to get to NVC.

Many here 8 weeks seems to be the norm. You just have to wait hopefully it will be less but EVERYONE is told 8 weeks. It's their standard answer because they have no idea when your service center wiill ship out since they bundle petitions together.

Mine was approved on Dec. 11th, I called USCIS to check that it had been sent and he said "yes, go ahead and call NVC and DON'T let them tell you they haven't gotten it, because they should have." He was super nice. I called NVC on the 23rd and the guy was nice, said he could see it was being entered into the system and had been received on the 16th. So I dunno I guess mine went fast. I was also told 10-20 days for case number....I plan on calling every monday and Friday til I get the #s.

And I think if you talk to men, they are nice...the women seem to be witches.

THEY ONLY NEED THE LAST YEAR ,BUT YOU HAVE TO TELL THEM HOW MUCH YOU MAKE THE LAST 3 YEARS , BUT YOU DON'T HAVE TO SUBMIT THE 3 YEARS ,ONLY THE LAST ONE.

hi so just the total?is it should be on tax form/the past two years taxes?and we only should submit year 2012 IRS? my husband is worrying because maybe it will cause of delay. coz we will just request for his IRS today. is there any way we can request for that the fastest way if possible?

the only way is you call the IRS to get the tax transcript, it takes 5-10 days, but you can also send your W2 and your copy FROM THE TAX RETURN YOU DID WHEN you filed your taxes but NVC LIKES The transcript better ,but you still can do what i told you!!!

Hi all. I have a question that is Philippine specific. Does NVC require "red ribbon" documents (marriage, birth, etc) or will they accept documents printed on just official paper ? I am getting ready to start filing my first set of documents with NVC and my wife stumped me with this question. Can anyone help me answer this?

Thanks

Based on what i read from previous filer. they don't have red ribbon on MC.BC...that ribbon is only require in Diplomas. Marriage certificate is should be on NSO paper. its authenticated. cause you will see on upper left an NSO seal.
