Received the same but that's a false checklist.

We haven't heard from the NVC but in this forum i read alot about getting false check list. How do you know if its a false check list from the real one? Thanks!

Hi December NVC filers.. USCIS mailed my package to NVC on dec the 9. Its not there yet. Wew! Im getting impatient again. waiting is the hardest part of the process..

I just called the NVC and the rep told me that it takes 8 weeks for the file to be transferred to them. Is this true? Who else do I need to call to get this process moving. The NOA 2 was approved for my husbands I-130 on Dec 23... Any suggestions would greatly help.

My case was approved on dec 5 NVC still doesn't have a record that they receive it.

I got my case # on dec 20. i try to login today to fill out DS-261 and it still telling me Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error.

There's no one you can call to speed it up. All you can do is stay on USCIS butt and call and call. Ask a tier 2 Supervisor exactly when did your petition leave that service center. And you just keep calling NVC to see if it has arrived. And be patient is all you can do.

After 30 days than you can do a NVCinquiry. But until than just call.

Sorry misunderstood thought you couldn't log in at all. It takes a few days for them to invoice you and for DS-261 to show up (I think after AOS invoice). Just keep checking it should show up soon.

I"ve got the same email for AOS (F - FINANCIAL EVIDENCE) I sent IV and AOS packages together, i presumed it was a false checklist but my lawyer responded to that false checklist and sent new AOS.. Now its taking extra one month for NVC to review the new AOS form..

IV and AOS was sent - 10.30.2013

NVC recieved - 11.04.2013

Checklist for AOS - 12.04.2013

Hoping to get case complete and interview date the same time on these days

Approved last Dec 5. Called NVC last Dec 12 asked if they receive our case but they said we should wait up to 30 days. My hubby called last Dec 24 and they said they received it last dec 16. Without any notifications thru mail...

NVC will not send you any mail notification, you will have to keep calling them until you get the case number.

If you never called you get the case# and AOS info like 30 to 60 days later. Thats why we say call. Watch your inbox and see how long that letter comes. It's crazy.

Since you got case# by calling you gave them your two emails so now thats how they will communicate with you now.

Calling always to them. Cuz now the only mail you will get is

1. AOS info and IV info where to go to get forms
2. If errors you get checklist
3. Case complete email (comes 1 week after actual case complete)
4. P4 letter(Interview Letter)

mine got approved dec 5th also. NVC said they didn't receive it yet.
