Hi dwheels....am here and ready to learn about this section...where do i start from and btw...thanks for your help really ppreciated

I am updating list now I can add you. What is the case complete date. You got letter. But I assure you your case complete date was a week prior. If you called NVC they will verify that.

It doesn't matter whether you want the "official" date or you can go by the day you got this email.

Congratulations. Hopefully next week will be good news for you.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

DO NOT DELETE: USE MOST RECENT LIST AT THE BOTTOM

Instructions:

If you want to share your case complete and interview dates:

1. Go to LAST PAGE or before and click "Quote/Reply" on the MOST RECENT LIST.

2. Ask for help only if you will mess up the list

3. Please make sure you are using Rich Text Editor as your message setting(Settings>Posting Settings->Enable visual (RTE))

4. Remove

around the list by clicking back space just before "do not delete"

5. Always use [Courier New] Font.(It will stay lined up correctly if you use the correct font.)

6. Add in order by NVC case complete date.

7. Add the date you received your interview date so others can see from case complete to assignment time-frame.

8. Please use your VJ member name not the Petitioner/Beneficiary name on your timeline.

But which interview are you referring to? If its guidance and counseling for the interview at the US embassy you mean, you are mistaken.

The counseling and guidance seminar I'm taking is done by the Commission of Filipinos Overseas. It's a required PDOS seminar/counseling session for us Filipinos who are leaving the country...after the seminar, you will be given a certificate and a CFO sticker you need to show at the airport so you can be allowed to leave the country.

In case that seminar is what you are referring to, oh yes I will surely share. Gladly!

I'm wondering if this is a canned response or if she can really see all consulate openings/booking from her computer?

I was hoping for interview in Jan :(

January interviews were done in November. February is up now. Usually if you see someone get an interview still in current month assignment means either their embassy still has slots or someone cancelled and they got the spot.

But usually no its not a can answer. Sorry. The February interviews should start maybe tomorrow but surly next week. If you need an earlier date request it after you are assigned (your petition has to get to the embassy than you request). Sometimes you get lucky and they will move it.

Thank you.

Just like how you been getting all your communication from them. Benecifiary and Petitioner email will get the P4 letter (Interview letter). It will have your personalize checklist of what was turned in and what you need to bring (if something wasn't complete).

With this letter you will be able to go do your medical. Thats about it. Here's hoping you all hear today or tomorrow. But there's always next week.
