Getting EAD at JFK (with K-1)

I will be arriving with my fiance (and approved K-1) in Feb.

I read that JFK is the only Point of Entry that will grant an EAD. Does anyone know the process for this?

Do we just ask the Immigration officer at JFK for it?

Should we have any forms filled out before hand, or will they supply the form for us?

Is there any fee associated with this?

Thanks,

Chuck

There is no form to fill out..... there is no fee... it is just a stamp that is placed on the I-94 that shows you are employment athorised...

It is valid for 90 days from the day you enter... then you are no longer employment authorised...until you are approved for EAD that you file for along with your AOS... so you may well have a gap where you are not allowed to work...
