Waiting for embassy...should I proceed?

Hello,

Quick summary: Our CR-1 Visa files were expedited on the NVC level right away.... We did not fill out DS-260/261 and did NOT pay any bills yet. Nov 21 the NVC was finished with our case. It was immediately forwarded to the Embassy. DHL tracking shows it had arrived on Monday Nov 25 but as of yet it has not been entered into the system at the Embassy. I contacted them yesterday and they only said: "We do not have your files yet."

However, I signed into: https://ceac.state.gov/IV/summary.aspx and filled out our case info and now it shows I CAN pay the AOS fee and fill out the DS-260. Should I??? Or just wait for the Embassy? I thought everything would be done/paid at the Embassy now since we were expedited.

I've been reading a LOT of topics about expediting/ Embassy info... but when I just signed into that site now I am not sure what to do.....

Received files 11/25/2013 (DHL)

CEAC "ready" 12/04/2013

Received packet from Embassy 12/10/2013

Submitted DS-2001 "ready for interview" 12/10/2013

Interview 12/19/2013 -Approved-

Anyone have any input on this?

I could sign in to pay the bill and fill the DS-260 but not sure if it would mess anything up since the files are sitting in the Embassy right now....

update:

I found some extra time to investigate more, I DID fill out the DS-260 online. When I click on PAY for the AOS bill it says: The National Visa Center has forwarded your file to the US Embassy/Consulate General where you are applying for an immigrant visa.

So that takes care of that, I must wait for the Embassy now.
