My mother is visiting from India for 3 months on a immigrant visa ...

We are worried about possible health issue as she is more 61 years old...

Can any one suggest which travel insurance to buy...

I have read horrible reviews about icicilombard and others...so not sure which one is

trustworthy...

Also, even thought she walks...can we and should we request for wheel chair?

if she is visiting that means she has a non immigrant tourist visa

if she had a GC or coming because you file a petition for her, she cannot come to visit, the GC is for living here, not to use it as a tourist visa, it will be taken away

She is coming on family immigrant visa but its she is not going to stay here for longer than 3 months...

That is a bit contradictory, but assuming she is a LPR then she would need to buy cover that meets Obamacare minimum requirements. She would be eligible to obtain cover through the Exchanges.

Travel Insurance is for visitors and does not meet Obamacare requirements.
