The worst Congress, and the least productive ever Congress in history has just passed a budget for 2014/2015, shutdown probably wouldn't happen.

And I recall someone saying since WE PAY FOR THIS STUFF OUT OF OUR POCKETS AT EXORBITANT PRICES, shutdown has no effect on our processing time, which I find difficult to believe.

Yeah i too heard of it. But if it would happen, then i wil be fine as long as it doesnot affect the i130 processing time.
