Hi Fellow I-130'ers I am game to get this out to the masses and emailed but stupid me for not knowing the appropriate email addresses to send it to. If someone could take the time to dumb it down a bit as far as where exactly we are sending this it would be greatly appreciated

I actually think that we should postpone this letter until the next processing times are posted. (Should be around the 15th, if we don't have it by the 20th, we should send the letter anyway.) The reason for this is that they are claiming that they're working diligently to process these and made great advances by jumping from Oct. 1, 2012 to Feb. 12, 2012 in 1 or 2 months. If the current processing date at the next update isn't somewhere about the end of April, then we have absolute proof of them gaming the numbers currently.

I believe the letter should be sent ASAP!! weather events, Christmas, and also the budget battle (which must be passed by JAN 15) is looming on the horizon. I personally will send it to my congresswoman today. On the first letter, I sent it the day eqarlier than the official release date, and firmly believe my congresswoman acted, as she is sitting on a Homeland Security committee. Let's go for it!!!

I vote we send it tomorrow as planned. Our life is full of enough waiting as it is. We can easily draft another letter and send them out again when processing times are released. By the end of December we can expect another I-130 performance report which we can use as further evidence of the slowdown.

Agreed. There is no reason why we cannot send out more letters until we get the desired result.
